Our products are shipped from our production facility in Orlando, FL.

Orders are shipped the next day after ordering, and shipments are made Monday through Friday (delays may occur during holidays).

Shipping costs vary depending on the quantity selected and zip code.

We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or time. If your order is for a specific event or date, please contact us at info@dolcezzaalfajores.com before completing your purchase.

Please note: Shipments are carefully packaged to maintain the integrity of the product, however, our Alfajores contain Belgian chocolate, which is extremely susceptible to heat. We suggest that once you receive your order, you immediately store it in a cool place. If the weather is very hot, store it in the refrigerator or freezer. Do not leave your package waiting on the doorstep.
